What is the difference between Wi-Fi Direct and Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) technology?
Although both Wi-Fi Direct and DLNA technology are wireless, DLNA requires two or more devices to be on the same network through a router or switch; Wi-Fi Direct technology does not. Products with Wi-Fi Direct technology communicate directly with one another without having to go through the access point on a networked router or switch.
