Some .M4A files will not play using the Hi-Res Audio Player software
If the audio file format is AAC, even though it has the .M4A extension, the music file cannot be played as the Hi-Res Audio Player does not support the AAC file format.
A music file with the .M4A extension is supported only when its audio file format is ALAC.
