I can't watch certain MHEG channels on my TV
You may have noticed that certain MHEG channels are not being displayed as intended. A new firmware was released on June 23 which improved the affected MHEG channels and overall performance of your TV.
You should now see a black screen being displayed after the message "Please wait" appears on the affected MHEG-ICS channels (ex. CCTV).
To ensure that your TV benefits from this firmware update and other general improvements, we recommend that you install the latest software for your TV.
