Sound Bar audio is out of sync with the TV picture
If audio and video are out of sync when the Sound Bar is connected to a TV, check the settings and connection of each device, depending on the product environment.
IMPORTANT: If any model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
When playing TV audio with the Sound Bar
Follow these steps and check if the problem is resolved:
- Set the TV audio output setting to PCM.
- Change the Sound Bar settings as follows, using the included remote control:
- Set [Sound Mode] to [Music] by pressing the sound mode setting button (Music).
- Set [VERTICAL.S] to [Off] by pressing the VERTICAL.S button repeatedly.

When playing audio from a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device with the Sound Bar
Audio and video may be out of sync if the audio is played from the Sound Bar when a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device is connected directly to a TV with an HDMI cable.
In this case, connecting the TV and device via the Sound Bar may resolve the problem:
Incorrect example

Correct example:

[C]. Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, satellite box, etc.
Important: Use the Sound Bar's HDMI IN jack when connecting a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device to the Sound Bar.
