Issues casting to the TV with Chromecast built-in

    You may be experiencing issues casting content from your smartphone or tablet onto your TV.

    If you’re facing the symptom mentioned above, please try the following steps:

    1. Clear data and Clear cache from the Chromecast built-in app. From the Home screen: 
      • Select [Settings]
      • Select [Apps]
      • Select [Chromecast built-in]
      • Select [Clear data]
      • Select [OK]
      • Select [Clear cache]
      • Select [OK]

    2. Restart the TV by holding the green standby button on the remote for more than 5 seconds and release when the TV screen goes black.
