Why can't I optimise apps (personalisation)?

    In some operating environments, the optimisation of the application may be unsuccessful. If this occurs, try the following:

    1. Make sure the application you are trying to personalise is updated to the latest version.
    2. Perform 360 Reality Audio Setup again from the Sony | Headphones Connect app.

    Note on Amazon Music app: As of October 2021, you can't optimise the experience on Amazon Music app with the Sony | Headphones Connect app. You will need to enjoy the 360 Reality Audio tracks with an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription without personalisation.
