Unable to install apps from Google Play Store or cannot open an installed app.

An app I want to install is not displayed in the Google Play Store:

Apps that use camera and phone call functions like Android Auto aren't compatible with Walkman devices. These apps won't appear in the Google Play Store. 

Available apps don't download from the Google Play Store

You may run into this issue when there isn't enough available storage capacity on the device to install the app. To check the available storage capacity, go to Settings → Storage.
Note: If the storage capacity is insufficient, move any data to a computer or delete unnecessary data. For details, refer to the Help Guide for your product.

An installed app cannot be opened or does not work:

A simple restart solves most issues. If you still experience problems opening an app, consult the app's customer support.
