There is no sound or sound is very low from the subwoofer after reconnecting the power cord to a power strip, or turning the power strip off and back on. (HT-S350, HT-SD35)

If this issue occurs, use the power button located on the Sound Bar or the remote control to turn off the Sound Bar. Wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn it back on again.
NOTE: This issue can also be resolved by turning the subwoofer off and then on again.
