The touch screen of my Walkman does not work.

    This issue can occur if you do not activate the Screen lock function (the function is set to NONE). 
    To avoid this, set the Screen lock function to SWIPE, or to use a PIN, Password, or Pattern as the unlock code. 

    Don't forget, similar to your phone, if you decide to use the Screen lock feature with something other than SWIPE (a PIN, Password, or Pattern), be very careful not to forget your unlock code. If you have forgotten the unlock code, you will not be able to unlock the screen by yourself. You will need to contact the nearest Sony dealer or Sony Service Center in order to get the device unlocked.

    How to fix the touch screen not working

    1. Press the  (HOME) button on the navigation bar(  ) to return to the HOME screen.
    2. On the HOME screen, select the desired app.
    3. If you are unable to perform either of the first two steps or the issue is not resolved, restart the player.
