How do I disable the TV LED (XH95-ZH8 models) from turning on or blinking?

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

Voice function LED versus Operational LED.

There is a Voice function LED alongside the centre of the TV that may light up or blink in orange. It tells you that the TV's built-in MIC is off.
This Voice function LED will turn on or blink when "Ok Google" is detected and the TV is communicating with the server. The lighting pattern changes depending on the status of communication with the server.

Here's an image of the Voice function LED position:

You can learn more about the settings of the central LED (i.e. the operational response LED) in the Help Guide of your TV.
It's digitally available on the product page on this support website.

Good to know: Clear data in the Google App refers to deleting the data related to built-in MIC usage, and not Google accounts registered on the TV.
If you are already logged in to the TV with your Google account, you will remain logged in even after you execute Clear data.
