Unfortunately, you can't simultaneously use the Bluetooth connection and Amazon Alexa. The reason is that the Bluetooth connection with the Sound Bar (and other devices such as headphones, wireless speakers etc.) gets affected and sometimes disconnects while using the Amazon Alexa feature.
